More Anecdotal Evidence Regarding Bobby Jindal's Hiring Freeze

A local youth correctional facility is in need of a health care provider. The position is not exempt from the state hiring freeze. That facility must choose a candidate, explain to the candidate that the position pends approval from Jindal's office, then send an exemption request and wait for an answer from Angele Davis.
